Established in 2025, Kowal & Son is a small father‑and‑son, home‑based workshop that builds its reputation one instrument and one customer at a time. As a family team, our name stands behind every clarinet that passes across our bench, and we treat each one with the same care and respect we give our own instruments. We know how personal a clarinet can be, and our promise is simple: your satisfaction matters to us as much as the sound of a beautiful, well‑tuned note.
When we service or restore an instrument, we commit to careful, honest workmanship. Every pad, cork, and adjustment is made with careful attention to detail, guided by the same standards we would expect if we were the ones stepping on stage. Our currently listed repair services focus on clarinets. Other woodwind services and specialized structural repairs are available only when we confirm that we can accept the work and provide an individual estimate.
Our Guarantee
Our repair workmanship is backed by a 90-day warranty beginning when the instrument is returned to you. The warranty covers defects in the labor and materials we supplied for the work shown on your invoice. Contact us if you experience a concern so we can inspect the instrument and correct a covered issue at no additional charge. Accidental damage, normal wear, environmental damage, unrelated pre-existing problems, and unauthorized third-party work are not covered.
