Local Pickup (Preferred)

We are a home-based workshop located in Gainesville, Florida. Local drop-off and pickup is available most weekdays during daytime hours by appointment only. Please call or schedule an appointment online before visiting so we can ensure we are available to assist you.

Shipping for Online Instrument Purchases

For customers outside the Gainesville area purchasing used or refurbished instruments through our online shop, we ship via USPS or UPS with tracking included on every shipment.

Instruments are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping for Repair Drop-Offs

If you are shipping an instrument to us for repair or refurbishment, please contact us first to discuss the service needed and confirm we can accept your instrument. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for instruments damaged or lost in transit to our workshop.

Damaged Shipments

If your instrument arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kowalandson@gmail.com or 352-327-8352. We will work with you to file a shipping claim and resolve the issue.
