Local Pickup (Preferred)

We are a home-based workshop located in Gainesville, Florida. Local drop-off and pickup is available most weekdays during daytime hours by appointment only. Complete our Customer Intake Form, then call 352-327-8352 or email kowalandson@gmail.com to arrange a visit.

Shipping for Online Instrument Purchases

For customers outside the Gainesville area purchasing used or refurbished instruments through our online shop, we ship via USPS or UPS with tracking included on every shipment.

Instruments are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Responsibility and Damaged Shipments

Instruments shipped to us for repair: Please contact us before shipping an instrument. You are responsible for packing it securely, selecting a carrier, and arranging tracking and insurance. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit until we receive and check in the package. We will notify you if we observe shipping damage when it arrives.

Repaired instruments shipped back to you: When we arrange return shipping, we are responsible for packing the instrument with reasonable care and resolving a carrier claim for loss or damage that occurs before delivery to the address you provided. Return-shipping charges and the shipping method will be confirmed with you before shipment.

Instruments purchased from our shop: When we arrange shipping of an instrument you purchased, we are responsible for packing it and resolving a carrier claim for loss or damage that occurs before delivery to the address you provided.

If a shipment arrives damaged: Photograph the instrument, outer box, internal packing materials, and shipping label; retain all packaging; and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the damage and explain the next steps. Reporting after 48 hours does not automatically void a claim under this policy.
