Our Deluxe Clarinet Overhaul builds on the Standard service to bring your instrument much closer to “like new” in both feel and appearance. In addition to a complete Lucien Deluxe repad and full regulation, we replace all tenon corks, perform more extensive body and key cleaning, polish keys where appropriate, and do extra key‑fitting work to reduce side‑play and lost motion. The result is a tighter, quieter mechanism, smoother joint fit, and a cleaner, more confident response across the entire range.
Your Deluxe Overhaul includes:
Full disassembly, cleaning of key cups and tone holes, and a complete Lucien Deluxe pad set.
New key corks/felts where needed plus all new tenon corks, hand‑fit for smooth assembly.
Full regulation, lubrication, and additional key‑fitting to tighten the mechanism.
Deeper cosmetic cleaning and key‑polishing than the Standard level, as appropriate.
Professional play‑testing and a 90‑day warranty on pads and workmanship.
